This hilarious comedy is somewhere between a farce and a pantomime and will have audiences laughing as they join our cast on a journey to Australia. But not just any journey, we have a motley crew who are sentenced for transportation and we join them aboard ship as they are 'Sailing South'. A typical Judith Prior theatre restaurant - it has loads of laughs, lots of audience participation (so bring your voices along!) and some quite adult content - so a good night to get a babysitter in and have a night out without the kids.
Directed by Jean Bowra, this production has a wonderful mixture of music and dance and features some brand new talent for the Sandgate stage. Filled with colour, movement, laughter and fun, it is a must for all theatre restaurant lovers.
